After finding your product(s) of choice, click on the "Add to Cart." You can continue shopping or proceed to "Checkout."
If you continue navigating on the website, you can quickly return to your cart by clicking on the cart icon at the upper right-hand side of the website.
When you finish shopping, verify if your cart is correct and click on "Checkout." Enter the required information, following the instructions on the checkout page.
That's it. Your order has been placed.

Will I get confirmation of my order?
Yes. After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. This means your payment has been pre-authorized, and we will immediately start preparing your order to be shipped.

Currently we only ship to the United States.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
Usually between 3-10 business days (lower 48 states in the U.S.). If your order is a special order or on backorder we will contact you and let you know how long it will take.
Which courier will deliver my order?
We ship via UPS, Fedex and USPS.
Will I receive tracking for my order?
Yes. As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a tracking code. You can track your order here.
Do you ship to a P.O. Box address?
Unfortunately we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. We apologize for the inconvenience.
What should I do if my order arrived damaged?
Please inspect the packaging of your product(s) for any visible damages upon delivery. If you notice any damage you should make a note on the delivery receipt.
If your product(s) do arrive damaged, please email us, at firstname.lastname@example.org, photos and a description of the damages. We’ll resolve your issue as soon as possible!
Does my electric bike require assembly?
Most of our electric bikes come almost fully assembled. Usually only the pedals, front wheel and seat need to be attached. For more information please check out our assembly page here.

I found a lower price for the same product after I purchased it. Do you refund me the difference?
If you find another online store that offers a lower price then us within 30 days of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference.

What is an electric bike?
In simple terms, the best way to describe an electric bike is to picture a convencional bike, and add a rechargeable battery and a motor.
How fast is an electric bike?

How much does an electric bike weigh?
Typically an electric bike weighs about 38-70 pounds (17-31 kg). The weight strongly depends on the materials used, on the motor, and on the battery.
How far can I go on a single charge?
The electric bike range will depend on the battery capacity. Typically the range of an average electric bike battery is between 20 to 35 miles.
Do you still have to pedal an electric bike?
It depends on the bike. Class one and class three electric bikes require you to pedal as they have no throttle, therefore, cannot power themselves. Class two electric bikes allow you to operate by simply turning the throttle without pedaling - you can pedal if you like, but it's not required.
What is a throttle?
The throttle is the mechanism that allows the rider to use only the motor to propel the electric bike forward.
How much can I reduce my carbon footprint if I use an electric bike instead of a car?
In states depending on renewable energy, like hydropower or wind, more than coal or natural gas, the carbon footprint of over 60 electric bikes is equal to the carbon footprint of one car. In states, more coal-dependent 20-30 electric bikes are equivalent to one car.
Even considering an electric bike might use electricity that comes from fossil fuels, the amount of CO2 emitted compared to a car is much much lower.
What type of battery do electric bikes use?
Most electric bikes use lithium-ion batteries.
How long to charge an electric bike battery?
Depending on the size and type of your battery, it can take 3 to 6 hours to fully charge.
How long will the battery last?
A lithium-ion battery should last 2-5 years and take 500-800 recharges over its lifetime.
Will my electric bike recharge during pedaling?
The vast majority of available electric bikes do not include regenerative braking, a technology that allows recharging the battery through braking or pedaling. This technology is commonly used in electric cars.
What is a fat tire electric bike?
Fat tire electric bikes come equipped with 4" wide tires. If you are riding on snow, mud, or sand, a fat tire electric bike will optimize performance.
What is the drivetrain of an electric bike?
The drivetrain is the system that provides the power necessary to move the bike. Electric bikes use either a single gear or a multi-geared drivetrain to help convert the power required to turn the cranks into actual propulsion power. The key components of the drivetrain are the pedals, cranks, chainrings, chain, and derailleur.
